About this event

New Hybrid Childbirth Education Course! This course will be done both LIVE via an online virtual platform and In-Person. After you sign up and pay for this course, you will receive a link for your virtual session. This is an intense two day labor and delivery preparation class for the expectant mother and her labor support coach.

Register only for yourself. Your support person is free!

The first session date is virtual, and the second session is In-Person at Trinity Health Ann Arbor campus. 

This class is for expectant parents who will deliver at not only Trinity Health Ann Arbor hospitals, but any area hospitals. Information regarding natural
childbirth techniques, relaxation exercises, medical intervention and cesarean births included! 

**Please note that this class is non-refundable.

Please bring two pillows (or more), something suitable to use on the floor
during breathing exercises (blanket/sheet), and your labor coach (one adult
coach is included in your fee).
