My appt was more of a personal nature, and I felt comfortable discussing it with Dr. Kulwicki. I actually learned some things I hadn't known before re: my condition, so was very grateful for her input and expertise!

I like everything about the office. Everything is in order and i watched the receptionist come out and wipe a chair down because there was a man sitting there with the flu, then sanitize her hands afterwards.
My child is comfortable and trusts the care she is receiving.

I had my annual physical but it was not very thorough and after reading my after appointment MyChart notes they were not accurate. Clinical notes stated things that were supposedly done but they were not done. They never looked in my eyes with a light, never looked in my mouth or my nose, did not do a musculoskeletal exam, did not palpate my abdomen or feel and look at my skin. If you do not perform those parts of the exam, it should not be notes that it was done. Those records are false. If my insurance is paying for these services and they are not performed they should not be billing for such. This happened at my last yearly check up as well. If the provider is not allowed enough time to perform these parts of the annual exam then she needs to have more time. A clinical note stating that something was done but it was not done it is improper documentation.

very nice PA. I guess it would be nice to stay with her but since her patient load is too full I am being switched to a doctor. This is fine but I keep having every year a new provider. It would be nice to have the same one

I haven't had a need to go to the office except for the yearly checkup. Ashley listens and gives advice on any issue I may bring up
Ashley never makes me feel rushed and always answers all of my medical questions.
Its nice being able to be listened to and come away feeling the treatment suggested will make me feel better soon. I also feel that if i have additional questions, i can call the practice to receive additional care.

It was a great visit. I'm actually going to refer my wife as she is going to Grand Rapids to see her provider.
