CNP Jason Schwartz gave me some of the best information and advice I’ve received about my nerve pain in my feet and other pain related issues. He was extremely helpful in so many ways. He listened to me and cared about my reasons and wants as much as possible. He was able to work them into my healthcare plan to make sure we both got what was needed to make a full recovery plan.
