It feels like he has to pick one problem to focus on per visit, and won't let up about that problem. The problem he picks could have no relationship to the primary reason of my visit or previous visits.

The waiting time is not good. I know he spends time with his patients. I get that. But I have to be there early and then it’s forever in the waiting room and then forever in the exam room. Don’t make me come early if I won’t be see for 30-40 beyond that.
