Dr. MacMillan earned her medical degree from Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. She then went on to complete her family medicine residency at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, Illinois. When asked about her philosophy of care, Dr. MacMillan said,
 
“I believe in caring for the whole person and that listening is the first way to accomplish that. I strive to provide quality care that includes patient goals and mutual trust. I love caring for all ages and medical problems and enjoy getting to know my patients.”
 
Her clinical interests include osteopathic manipulative medicine and women’s health, including obstetrics. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking outdoors and watching University of Michigan athletics, as well as spending time with her family.
