The exam was very uncomfortable. No unsolicited medical advice was provided to make a 'next time' experience more comfortable at all. This totally decreases any patient compliance for return exam if the provider is truly concerned about skin changes

Dr Born was very apologetic about the receptionist mistake and saw me right away. She was kind and friendly and listened to my needs. The appointment went just as smooth as it could of once I was taken to the room.
