My initial introduction to Trinity Heath was in 2023…I have raved about the incredible care that those in this system provide to their patients ever since. Seriously, I’m dumbfounded, yet so incredibly grateful for every Trinity Health doctor that I have needed to visit! Kelsey McDonald has a perfect blend of knowledge, ability to hear and interpret her patient’s words, a level of patience that allowed her to answer my many questions (not once did she seem irritated, inconvenienced, or make me feel rushed), then reassured me about some procedure/testing that I would likely need. When a doctor is honest and up-front with their patients, it allows for a patient to more readily develop a trusting doctor/patient relationship. Kelsey McDonald is the type of professional that I’m grateful to have as one of my doctors, and one more name added to the list of “quality care driven providers” that I’ve come to expect when working with the Trinity Health network,

She was excellent. She had to do some very uncomfortable and even quite painful procedures - but she talked through them with me and checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay the entire time. I appreciated her bedside manner as well as her clear communication and depth of knowledge.

Kelsey McDonald was my practitioner for my first visit with this practice. I was nervous and not sure at times what to ask. She made me feel comfortable right away and not only answered my questions and concerns, but guided me to think ahead and form questions because of her input. I would highly recommend her to anyone facing the “unpleasantness “ of a first colorectal visit.
She made me feel comfortable in a nerve wracking, potentially painful situation. I never felt rushed when asking questions and I felt as thought my questions were all answered as much as possible.
