Positive experience. First visit with my new doctor as my previous doctor retired. Dr. Rattan was quite patient with my many questions, clearly knowledgeable, and provided clear explanations. I did not feel rushed. I felt included in my care today and moving forward.
This was my first appt with Dr. Rattan. Professional, knowledgeable, answered my questions, he did not rush the appointment, and explained "next steps" and rationale.

Again, my problem was that you referred me to a practice that couldn’t get me in. There was no solution to my immediate pain.

I requested a virtual apt. they said I needed to come in and really after waiting 30 minutes past may apt. time and having to ask why before I was taken back. The doctor could have done it all virtual

The hospital is super clean.
Didn't return call to pharmacy. I did not receive my prescription. It was a Friday so no medication for the weekend. Pharmacy called doctor at 12. Plenty of time to return call. Very frustrating.
Dr talked a little fast for me to understand but when asked to repeat he kindly made sure I understood what he said.
