Dr. Chen is extraordinary! True professional that takes time to read notes and understand what has transpired with his patient's history before coming in the room. Which is refreshing as many practitioners do not, they inform themselves in the appointment. Dr. Chen has always been prepared, concerned, and asks great follow up questions. He has my trust.

As I said previously, this was my first appointment and was supposed to be an extended visit. I was called into the examining room 10 to 15 minutes late. The doctor commented halfway through the visit that he needed to move along because he had other patients waiting for him. I found this upsetting since my appointment was shortened, because the doctor was like coming into the room in the first place.
Dr. Chen always listens to my concerns. He givves me the pros and cons of treatment I may be asking about.

This was a follow-up appointment to a visit to the ER. Dr. Chen made his own assessment to confirm the findings so far, and sent me to the (nearby) lab for one more test to rule out a blood clot. I appreciated the personal attention, on short notice, from someone I am familiar with.

This Doctor is one of the best. I have had the personal experience of his care since 2009. His patience in listening to your concerns, and the care he has given to my health needs are 2nd to none. I am of a particular age and he has made sure that all necessary treatments are in place. He respond to messages promptly, and I would definitely recommend this Doctor, if you have the need. He's a good person to have in your life.
Dr.chen was not rushed he explained issues he was concerned about. Ask about my concerns. Congratulated me on my 25lb wt loss. Explained about labs he wanted for me .Asked if I had any issues we had not covered. Great eye contact looked at me and not the computer when talking to me.
