She is very nice, caring and truly listens. She makes every visit comfortable and takes the time to explain things clearly no matter how many times you ask her to. Really grateful to be in her care!
We're moving and she still took her time with me. Answered my questions, but also made me laugh. This helped ease my concerns without me feeling like she didn't take me seriously.

As I mentioned in my previous comment- she was professional and understanding. She didn't make me feel stupid for thinking I was having a heart issue. She did all the things to prove my heart was OK and put my mind at ease.

I felt like this provider did understand because she is the only person I have talked to who stated that she wasn't sure why he would only run a fever at night. Anyone that I have ever talked know and understands that usually kids are typically worse at night. And the faceted that she wanted actual numbers for his temperature was odd because a parent is usually very good at know when their child is running a temperature without using a thermometer. She wanted actual numbers. This was the first time I have ever experienced this with any provider!

I felt very uncomfortable the whole time because I knew we didn't agree on a lot of things and it disturbed my trust because she was making a very big statement with her pin.
She was good but not Travis who I usually see.
