Ms. Hall was comforting and professional. She told me that my situation required further testing from the physical/heart valve team. I'm not surprised, but I hope I don't have to wait too long. I'm not getting any younger or stronger. I prefer intervention asap rather than waiting.

She is a class act. She took the time to answer all my questions and not once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Nor did she make me feel like she was impatient with me and took all the time I needed to be comfortable with my health decisions. She was professional but also warm and caring; a perfect mix of the two where I knew I was getting the care I needed and deserved when it comes to my health and those decisions around my health. I have no complaints and am appreciative that this is the type of person you have on your team.

Nurse practitioner Hall definitely on top of her game. Very thorough explains to you in detail what to expect gets right to the to point and speaks very clearly. She does not waiver looks at you right in here eyes and explains to you in detail what to expect. When you tell her you're concerns she listens when I read the report on my chart I knew right there then she was listening to my concerns. I hope I got that right that you are a nurse practitioner if not higher. Anyhow if you choose another path to climb the ladder you will make it that's my input just saying.
