Even though Dr. Dickson has heard my issues with Fibromyalgia for years he continues to listen carefully and always allows me to vent about it even though there are really no effective treatments available that I can take. I so appreciate his empathy.

Dr. Dickson , the first time I met him and had my visit with him, I was impressed with his willingness to be what doctors are truly meant to be…in tune, and in touch one on one with the patient! He Didn't hesitate to touch the bottom of my dirty shoes.. he listened first to everything I had to say, and my concerns never once interrupting me. He was prompt and concise with what he wanted to do after we both decided the best course of action.! because of the care I receive from Dr. Dickson, I believe I will come back to this practice..

The initial call for an appointment was not acceptable. There was way too much wait time to talk to someone. You need to staff this up significantly.

Excellent with respect to immediate needs and consideration of diet and exercise to overall health. Plus Laura has often mentioned mindfulness and plant based diets which I believe to be very important.
I was brought into a room promptly, but did have to wait in that room for the doctor for 25-30 minutes. Not unreasonable, but shortening that time would have been the only thing that could have been improved.
