The only problem I had was during check-out. I was given an appointment card, but I did not receive the visit summary. I came a couple days later because I do not do MyChart.
My Chart was very confusing. It appeared that I should log on 1 hour before the time of my appointment

Dr. Murray is very caring And treats you as if you are the only patient has. I never feel as if I'm a number when she takes care of me. She listens and goes out of her way to make sure she is doing the right thing for you. I highly recommend her for everyone.
I am in perimenopause. Dr Murray listened to me and gave recommendation, but I don't think she fully HEARD me. I did contact her after the appointment and we had a great exchange, but i was hoping to discuss at my appointment. Her follow up was great.

I forgot to mention that Dr. Murray also gave me a referral for pelvic floor PT after explaining my experience and I didn't even have to ask (which I would have at my previous PCP). She also explained the different forms of treatment if it turns out that I have fibroids and helped me weigh the options and have an idea of what next steps to take based on my test results.
