Livonia Community Support

Trinity Health Livonia is pleased to announce the opportunity to apply for funding through Healthy Livonia Community Wellness Grants. This program is designed to support community initiatives and programs which aim to improve the health and well-being of those who live, work, and play in Livonia.

Applications are due by 11:59 PM on January 30, 2026. Selections will be made by March 1, 2026.

Funding Structure

  • Successful proposals will be funded with a one-year grant, with the opportunity to apply for continuation funding in subsequent years.
    • Awards up to $50,000
    • All proposals over $5000 require matching funding from the applicant organization.
    • Project period is April 1, 2026-March 31, 2027.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Eligible organizations include community-based organizations, businesses, and local governmental entities (i.e. a school district, a public health department, a housing agency/authority)
  • Applicants must operate within or primarily serve people who live, work, or play in Livonia.
  • Priority will be given to projects which include solutions to address access barriers, such as transportation or physical and cognitive limitations.
  • Funding must be used by March 31, 2027.
