up next Developing Tomorrow’s Volunteer Leaders
up next is a dynamic five-session program designed to expand and strengthen the volunteer leadership network supporting Trinity Health. By engaging emerging leaders, the program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how Trinity Health Grand Rapids fulfills its mission to improve the health of our community.
Participants gain insight into key service areas, including the Trinity Health Lacks Cancer Center and the Trinity Health Hauenstein Neuroscience Center, while building meaningful connections with peers and community leaders.
Who Should Apply?
Ideal candidates are between the ages of 25 and 45 and come from diverse corporate, civic, and volunteer backgrounds. Participants may be nominated by up next alumnus or apply independently.
What Happens After up next?
Graduates are encouraged to stay engaged by:
- Serving on a volunteer committee, advisory council, or board
- Donating their time to a service area that inspires them
- Making a philanthropic gift to support Trinity Health’s mission
