I chose this site because of its consistently positive learning environment and the strong sense of teamwork demonstrated by the staff. From my initial interactions, it was clear that the team values collaboration, mutual support, and continuous learning-qualities that are essential. This is demonstrated within the pharmacy team and amongst the other clinical staff at various clinics I've been a part of.
