Matt Ammoscato

Matt Ammoscato, PharmD

Dr. Matt Ammoscato earned his Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Toledo. He currently resides in Troy, Michigan. After completing his PGY1 residency, he hopes to pursue a PGY2 residency in critical care. In his free time, he enjoys learning how to perfect his mom’s recipes, playing golf, and traveling. He chose to do his residency at Trinity Health Oakland because of the approachability and enthusiasm demonstrated by the preceptors throughout the interview process, which gave him the confidence that he would be both supported and challenged throughout his residency year. Additionally, the variety of learning experiences in multiple ICU settings and emergency medicine align perfectly with both his personal and professional goal of pursuing a PGY2 in critical care. 
Kayla Craig

Kayla Craig, PharmD

Dr. Kayla Craig earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy from Wayne State University. She currently resides in Warren, Michigan. Her professional interest is in ambulatory care. After completing her PGY1 residency, she hopes to practice as a clinical pharmacist or pursue a PGY2 residency in ambulatory care. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, reading, watching movies and TV shows, and building Lego flower sets. She chose to do her residency at Trinity Health Oakland because of the welcomeness and support she experienced during her rotations in her fourth year of pharmacy school and the variety of rotations that align with her interests.
Alyssa Farias

Alyssa Farias, PharmD

Dr. Alyssa Farias earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Windsor and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Wayne State University. She currently resides in Windsor, Canada. Her professional interests include infectious diseases and ambulatory care. After completing her PGY1 residency, she hopes to practice as a clinical pharmacist or pursue a PGY2 residency in one of her areas of interest. In her free time, she likes cooking, baking, going for walks, and trying new restaurants. She chose to do her residency at Trinity Health Oakland because every interaction she had was remarkably positive and welcoming. She also felt that the preceptors seemed supportive and genuinely invested in the resident's success.  
Zachary Rosario

Zachary Rosario, PharmD

Dr. Zachary Rosario earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences from Oakland University and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. He currently resides in Royal Oak, Michigan. His professional interest is in critical care, and he hopes to pursue a PGY2 residency in the specialty following his PGY1 residency. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, playing video games, yapping with friends, and going out to events in Detroit. He chose Trinity Health Oakland for his PGY1 because of the welcoming atmosphere of the pharmacy staff, the strong mentorship opportunities available from preceptors, and the variety of rotations and other clinical experiences available.
